Darren was courteous and very helpful. We were in for the first year service on our 2024 Yukon and also a recall notice. He explained the recall and what to expect service-wise and time it would take to complete both. Darren arranged for someone to take my husband (who is legally blind) and me back home, kept us up to date via text, and arranged for the Yukon to be returned to us. This was way beyond what Darren was required to do, and greatly appreciated by us. Thank you Darren!

I brought my car in two hours early for my convenience and the work was completed early.

Was told they would have my vehicle for 3-5 days. They had it for 6 weeks. No communication. I would call several times a week with no response from service person or management.

Not very friendly service. Once you come in to the office not even a “good morning, we will be right with you”. They let you standing there until you ate next.

Very professional staff and clean facility. Bob Murphy was my service manager and did excellent. I couldn't believe how quick they fixed our vehicle. I've always had a great experience at this dealership.

Jerry’s Chevrolet is listed as a Titan Fuel Tank dealer/installer so I took my truck to them for an auxiliary fuel tank install on my truck. So far, everything works “as advertised” with no issues. Special thanks to Service Advisor Cody Sergeant.

Brought truck in for multiple items to be done regarding preventative maintenance. Was kept informed from start to finish and what I figured to be an all day job was done in 2 hours.

This was the first time I had my oil changed at The Cadillac building. I did make an appointment before hand. They were expecting me and had my information on the computer. I had a very comfortable area to wait in while the car was checked. A Service rep., Juan, notified me of issues with the camber on a rear tire. Once authorized, the service itself did not take any longer than expected. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer. Thank you!

Your fees for an oil change and filters was pretty extreme!

Deanna, our sales lady, was very informative and helpful in making sure I had j no I questions before leaving the dealership. The finance department was very quick in completing the final step in the purchase process.

I told them what I wanted and what I was looking for, and they made it happen. Like the fax I was in and out without having to look at alot of vehicles.

I was able to get a tire fixed on the spot with no previous appointment. The services was prompt and the cost was reasonable.

Service manager was very friendly and checkin was seamless. However, after I got home following service, I noticed one of the valve stem caps missing. They were all on when I dropped my pickup off for tire rotation.

They once again took good care of me. Rodney was able to give me updates as needed and was there to greet me when I dropped my vehicle off and present when I picked it up.

I called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and an ac diagnostic test. I scheduled early to get my truck back ASAP. Not until I got there, was I told the ac diagnostic test might take days, and had to leave my truck for this unknown time and it would get looked at later. I was told I could not bring it when they were ready to look at the ac, but had to leave it. I should have been informed upon scheduling and should be allowed to bring it when yall are ready. Poor management.

My vehicle was parked outside the service department for the weekend waiting on parts. A huge hail storm came through and destroyed my Yukon Denali. It was the only vehicle left outside of the service department. It is now undergoing $15k of hail damage.

No complaints from end! Christian was even helping at 8pm, the night before I was coming into the dealership.

Cody English is a phenomenal salesman and willing to go the extra step when selling a new vehicle to his customers, he even took my phone call on his day off. Cody was very personal, and we were able to relate to him on many different subjects. While we were waiting for different circumstances, we had several different conversations with Cody. I had 3 issues with my Yukon this time... 2 indicator lights (Engine light and tire indicator light) and a broken passenger seat. They had my vehicle one week. They fixed every issue and found more which of course, I had fixed. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2010 and they have always serviced it. My Service Tech is always helpful. No issues there. However, the last two times I have had it in for service, they had no loaner vehicles for me to drive. This seems unacceptable. And lastly, they previously used to wash and vacuum my vehicle out before returning it. That did not happen. For $4000. this visit, it seems I would receive at least that.

Ask the service writer for the oil/filter & tire rotation that was included on my coupon. No tire rotation was performed and no car wash which has been standard at the other dealership I've been using the last number of years. Disappointed. I don't live close by so it will be my expense to drive to dealer for this to be performed.

I recently took my Chevy Tahoe in for an oil change, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. They explained what they were doing and even checked a few other fluid levels while I waited. The facility was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated how they respected my time by finishing right on schedule. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant visit that left me feeling confident my Tahoe was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My sales person was great but apparently this dealer has one certified corvette person with expertise on this car. They need more people trained on this technology

This has nothing to do with the Service Advisor, Kody Sargent. I firmly believe he was doing the best he could do with the information he was provided, but there was little communication, I never obtained a ECD on when my part to repair my truck was ever going to come in. I was without my truck for 3 months, then while my truck was at the dealership it was hailed on and I had to file a claim on my insurance causing more additional out of pocket expense. GM was responsible for this and my truck had less than 50K miles on it and the valve body went out. There seemed to be no sense of urgency in making anything right on my end. The dealership I believe was in a bad place, but as stated above GM has the responsibility to make it right. I still have no confidence that the truck I have is not going to have additional problems. In addition I still have no truck because it is being repaired for hail damage now.

Cody and the sales manager were fantastic. It was a simple purchase. The dealership honored their online sales price and there was no need for negotiating. My only concern was Raul in finance. We did not finance however Raul attempted to mislead us by giving us absolutely false information regarding GMC’s 36 month bumper to bumper warranty. He even handed me a “Ford “ warranty explainer and attempted to up sale me an extended warranty under false details. I would use this dealer and salesman again but will refuse to work with Raul. I hope he hasn’t misled others in a similar way. Very unfortunate considering I was helping my 18 year old son complete his very first purchase as an adult. I sure hope the dealer GM addressed this. Hopefully it was all a misunderstanding. I’ll save my google online review until I hear back from the GM of the dealership. Again, Cody is great! Please share my appreciation for him.

Had an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change. I was out of there at 10:36. It was great!!

Towed my truck to dealership late one evening due to failure to start. Met Bob Murphy next morning and got vehicle checked in first thing. This was July 3rd, so he informed me due to backlog my truck would probably not get seen until after the weekend. I totally understood and was not surprised, but appreciated him being up front with me. However, first thing the following Monday he started keeping me posted with the progress of my repair, which was completed Tuesday morning. Awesome job and service.

Made all the arrangements with Sean Lehrman via text and then sat a meeting date to make the purchase. We showed up a little early and went through the purchasing process rather quickly. We were back on the road in the new truck in no time. Appreciate the service provided.

It was just fantastic

Sean was an informed, clean, and professional salesman, who was upfront on all the cost and why they were there. He also showed us how to use the infotainment screen. Finance was a breeze and got us a good rate. Overall we were there 2 hours start to finish and we showed up at 6pm and your team stayed late to assist us.

Charged me a 3% fee on top of my total, on a DEBIT card. Took them over an hour to even tell me I had a nail in my tire, then took an additional 30-45 minutes to change the tire. Safe to say, I won’t be back.

I got a message it was just both batteries needed replacing then another message it was done and I could come get my truck so I had my truck back that same afternoon. How do I know yall really checked everything ? There is no check list and the service advisor didn’t go anything just saying car is ready ! I asked if there was anything noted he said ( the tire sensors were out/which I knew -besides the point) but figured I wasn’t interested in getting repaired as I had been in once before. Are there any other recommendations, warranty issues or recalls ?

With over 100 vehicle purchases in my 68 years, I can’t say enough good things about Charles. I text him the night before and said I was ready to buy a 2500 and met him on Friday morning, the truck was ready and we quickly worked the deal. The appraisal process on my 2024 trade in was painless and I got what I wanted on it. Jimmy in Finance is always on spot, although I paid mostly cash, we worked a great closing. Charles put the plates on my purchase, asked me if I had any questions and I was on my way home in my 2025 GMC 2500 AT4. No other dealer has my trust like Jerry’s! I bought from Classic and Moritz about 4 purchases ago, but never went back after my first purchase in 2021 at Jerry’s! Again with Charles.

I probably went to five other dealerships in Arlington and Grapevine looking for a truck but came up empty. The sales people were either beginners and didn’t know what they talked about or gave me the runaround telling me there was the vehicle I was looking for, but we never found it. I had one sales person. Tell me he had the truck I was looking for to drive around and find it then come get him. In his defense, it was hot outside, but no one has ever told me to go look for the truck myself and then come back to the air condition Showroom and get the salesman. My son had just bought a Tahoe from from Jerry’s from Dalton and told me he had a good experience that I should check out Jerry’s in Weatherford. Not only was I met when I said I would be there. Dalton showed me around and let me drive the truck I wanted and answered all questions and gave me as much time as I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and the options. I did most of my negotiation over the phone, so I did not spend much time at the dealership itself. I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization at the dealership itself.

I have used Jerry's exclusively for our vehicles for 30 plus years and I have always had the best of service and respect from the staff at Jerrys . This time they the staff all but called me a lair about having or not having a wheel lock in the car when we purchased it. I did not appreciate that. The issue was resolved but I felt like someone should be aware of the issue.
